Yeah I downloaded it and now I'm doing speed test for LTE and my Wi-fi here at the house.

Did my test on my wi-fi here at the house and my LTE 4G. The results for the Charter high speed internet, Ping-196ms, Download-1.13mb, Upload-.16mb. The 4G results Ping-210ms, Download-26.05mb, Upload-4.53mb. The 4G server that was tested is over 50 miles from my home.

They need to change the law about what is called "hi-speed" broadband. No ISP should be allowed to sell internet access that's under 3mpbs, especially to places that have many users (like hotels). Speeds that low are not acceptable for PC internet access anymore.
