3G signal no more

Ok ladies and gents,

I'm using the hotspot using 3G (I'm out of town and thereof no LTE on my area) connections to a lappy and an iPad and it started cutting in and out. I figured i'm in a marginal coverage area, which I wasn't. Well, my 3G connectivity never returned even after a reboot and master reset. I called VZ and they are sending me another unit.

Any help or insight as to what may have happened would be greatly appreciated.

I was running the MR2 that was posted, because I had been running the MR2 leak and my phone didn't detect an update.

Lost 3G also tonight for a short time but noe its working fine.
