Do you regret getting a Thunderbolt?
Would you have gotten a different phone? To be honest, I am very, very happy with my phone. I haven't had one random reboot and my battery has been pretty good.
If you would have gotten a different phone, what one would it be? - 07-16-2011, 04:30 PM #2

Absolutely not I love this phone way better than the DroidX I had before.

Everyday I regret getting this phone. I just played with my friends charge and am very jealous.

Re: Do you regret getting a Thunderbolt?
I've had some reboots, none since MR2, still have the data connectivity problems, and need a couple of spare batteries to use the phone the way I want (not much different from any of my previous smartphones), but it's still the best smartphone on Verizon so I certainly have no regrets. And even when a (significantly) better phone comes along, I'll get it, but that would hardly cause me to regret having the ThunderBolt in the meantime.

Re: Do you regret getting a Thunderbolt?
The phone is not perfect but itis the only phone i have had that comes close. I got it on a one year contract thinking with technology changing so fast I would want the latest, greatest but I have not even looked at what is out there since getting this one. I am very happy overall.

Re: Do you regret getting a Thunderbolt?
Sometimes. I just wish it was more like the Sensation. I'll get over it though. Lol. Can't wait to see what HTC brings to Verizon come the end of the year. If there's no Nexus for Verizon, I hope HTC has a great option for me.
So many phones, so little time. - 07-16-2011, 09:31 PM #22

Definitely not. It's a great phone.

I like my thunderbolt but I miss the multicolor leds and the motorola interface so if I could have waited and purchased an LTE capable Motorola (bionic?) I would have. I don't like sense but don't feel safe rooting to get rid of it. I had hoped a 4G moto would come out within the 15 days I had to exchange but it didn't happen so it's thunderbolt for 2 years now whether I like it or not.

Aside from the battery and the reboots great phone. Now rooted makes this phone the best I've owned
