Are they both Android 2.3.4?

They improve upon each version. So it's really a no brainer of which build is technically 'better' than the other

Re: RUU 2.07.605 vs. RUU 2.10.605
Yes they are.
I'm still running the 2.07.605 build from Gingeritis that was released weeks ago by Chingy, along with the new radios from the 2.10 build. For some reason he held onto that build for his own ROMS, and only recently released the full RUU to everyone else. I'm kinda wondering if he has an even newer version than the 2.10 that just came out in the works. One could only hope

Re: RUU 2.07.605 vs. RUU 2.10.605
One thing I know for sure is that with the new radios from 2.10, I had a lock to 4G in less than 10 seconds on boot. Using the 2.07 radio it took at least 20-30 seconds before I would be able to lock into 4G.
I haven't done any other extensive tests, but I'd like to think that my assumption is more than likely correct. - 08-20-2011, 04:48 PM #8

Ive seen reports of weaker 4G signal on 2.10? Really need more people testing or at least reporting back

Re: RUU 2.07.605 vs. RUU 2.10.605
I've seen a couple people saying the mobile hotspot was working. Are you subscribing to it or is it coming in free?
I also noticed the handoff is quicker in 2.10 from 3G to LTE. The notification bar switches icons instantly. Previously, the 3G icon would disappear for a second and 4G would show up. There's now no delay. - 08-21-2011, 09:33 AM #23

Re: RUU 2.07.605 vs. RUU 2.10.605
Its been talked about when it first went away and people were still getting it for free. Verizon can and might try and bill you but it wouldnt be that hard to say that you were never told it wasn't free so they'd let it go but obviously after that, you couldnt use it anymore.
