Google Talk force close issue

This just started happening. I'm running the 2.11 RUU not rooted. I just started getting force close issues every time I open Talk. Everything was fine before until today. Anyone have any ideas or is this a network/google thing? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Same here. I am running Das2.4 and it started happening tonight. Wiped and reinstalled the OS and still happening.

Oh and by the way. No issues with it on my tmo sensation.

I also have the beejive app and am able to send talk messages with that without any problems. It just seems to be on the tbolt talk app.

Yea it started happening to me all of a sudden. Is it something with the new radios? I'm on Das pre 3

Also everyone with this problem check to see if your camera works. I think the problems with camera and the new Google voice update may be linked.

Yup camera is down to, it just force closes.

I an getting the same talk force closes and my camera will not open. Just started happening because I used my camera earlier today. I have not updated google voice i'm using an older transparent one. What could be the problem? I needs my camera

How is this all possible? This all started to me before I updated voice. Camera isn't working also. I hope they didn't permanently Bork our phones.

Fixes both, they think it has to due with the date, time bomb if you will.

Forgive me but I'm a noob PLUS this is my very first post on this awesome forum. My Thunderbolt is currently running the 2.11 RUU (not rooted). So here's my question: what exactly is "flashing"? I thought it involved custom ROMs on rooted phones and whatnot. I've downloaded the file from your link which now appears as a folder on my computer desktop named "camera". Do I just copy it to my card via my USB cord and restart my phone? I've done a forum/Google search for this and couldn't find the answer.

If your not rooted, this will not help you, it needs to be flashed just like a custom ROM.

DOH! Thanks for your quick response(s). Well, it looks like I'm left with a texting/internet/GPS device for now. Sigh.
