I had to call them today. I mentioned waiting for GB. Nothing said to me. They aren't suppose to say anything if they value their jobs. And their calls are monitored.

Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
When I talked to him he stated it was showing New software in the system. He said my phone was not up to date. After checking he said it was just approved today and should be pushing out soon. I asked if it was Gingerbread and he did not know.

Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
All they really need to do is fix the voicemail and the build will be pretty good. My phone with the GB leak is as good as it was on MR2 Froyo. Just need voicemail. Maybe they've left it broken on purpose to discourage too many people from installing it???

Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
JCase (@TeamAndIRC) said via twitter that he has a build with radios CDMA: 1.48.00.0906w_1, LTE: 0.01.78.0906w_2.
He said "This should be the OTA." He is uploading it as we speak to Android Police, althouth he hit a minor snag with a frozen upload, but it should be up by tonight. Build should be 2.11.605.3. - 09-23-2011, 09:03 PM #13
Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
Sounds good. I'm just prepping for the update by doing all the backing up needed.

Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
Funny enough, when I check out software approval lists today, I noticed no approved software for the Thunderbolt.
Furthermore, the notice tech reps get is via an equipment bulletin overview on their front-end systems, which the Thunderbolt was also not on.
Strange. I'll notify you guys once I see my own proof.Former Verizon Wireless Technical Consultant - 09-24-2011, 12:43 AM #23

Re: 2.11.605.3 Approved Gingerbread?
I managed to wrangle mine into airplane mode within the 10 second window (which stopped the reboots) and took it to a store with a knowledgeable sales person who downgraded the software right before the store was going to close which solved the issue. I got his card and bought my T-bolt from him a few months later.
Back on topic: I can't wait to see what droidth3ory does with this leak, he works magic.
