Gingerbread & Netflix

Since getting the gingerbread OTA, I've been having a ton of problems streaming Netflix. It seems to always take 3 times to load a video. The first time I get an error saying something along the lines of "netflix service unavailable. check back later." Next it will look like it's loading the video, stop, and just re-load the queue page. Then the third time, it usually works. However, this afternoon it actually completely crashed and render my volume mute (ringer, notifications, other media, etc.) until I completely restarted my device. I'm not rooted. Anyone else having similar issues or any advice as to how to fix this?

I think its netflix, I have been having that problem for a while now too. Froyo and gb

same problem here. 3 steps to load it.
3g, 4g, wifi, but really only been running it on GB ROMs since i had it loaded on GB (rooted) when it was only available for other phones.
