Just got my TB today. Every time I connect TB to PC (Win 7 64 bit Dell Studio Laptop) I get pop up to run TL_Bootstarp.exe. When I run it I get an error message that there is no CD in drive G. I do not have a drive G but if I have my Windows Explorer screen open at that time a drive G appears and it does have some file including TL-bootstrap.exe The drive seems to disappear very shortly afterwards.

How can I get rid of the error and not have a pop up everytime the USB cable is connected to PC

Do you have HTC Sync on your PC? Also make sure you mount the SD card to your PC after connecting the data cable.

I have HTC. Sync I. Installed and it works. Get the popup before even choose connection type
