can't hear when receiving/placing calls
Hey all! Newbie here! Sooo since I received the last 2 updates for my TB every couple of calls I place or receive I cannot here the other person or they cannot here me.. When this happens the only way to fix it for the moment is to reset the phone which takes forever (about 5mins) and I was recently traveling and during my journey through various airports in one day I had to reset my phone several times when it's normally once a day.. So does anyone know of a possible solution? Maybe rooting? I'm not familiar with the whole process of rooting but I would be willing to put the effort into it because I love my TB, even after the rough year it's been for all of us TB owners..

That sounds like a hardware issue. I would try a factory reset and see if it helps if not go to Verizon and get it replaced you might have a bad mic
I'm a android know it all with too much time on my hands
