How can I keep my unlimited data?
I'm on my parents plan right now, but when my contract is up I will have to open a new account with Verizon because they won't be paying my phone bill anymore. I assume starting a new account would make me lose my unlimited data plan because they don't offer unlimited data anymore. Is there any way for me to keep my unlimited data plan?

You could do a "change of financial responsibility" You basically take over the contract and all its features, so you will keep the unlimited data. I'm not sure if you can do that after the contract is up, so you might want to check with verizon.

Re: How can I keep my unlimited data?
This was covered in this thread: Breaking out family share line (unlimited data)
Pertinent Quote from that thread: You need to do whats called an Assumption of Liability and release the lines from your account and have the other people assume liability. All of the features carry over, including contract dates and upgrade dates, they will only need to pick a new talk and text plan.
Here is the number you will need to do it: 1-888-832-4540
Just ask them for yourself.
