Software Update - Service Unavailable?

For the past few days I've been getting an error with the Software Update.

Error - SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Any chance they may be prepping for an update???

Just called support:

They tell me the last update to the Thunderbolt was May 11th 2012. There are no other planned updates and the people on phone support are not given dates on ICS until it is "about to be released". She said currently the RAZR and RAZR MAXX are getting pushed for ICS. She suggests the errors we're seeing are because of the load from those updates on their servers.
