2 issues:

I've got a Blue Ant Q2 - love it - and recently i had to do a reset on it. Ever since then, the Thunderbolt sees the Q2 when scanning, but won't pair. I don't get an option to enter passkey - just an error message saying "passkey is unauthorized" Anyone else had this problem? Figured out a way to fix it? very frustrating.

Also my customers are telling me the mic on my Thunderbolt makes my voice sound blurry or muffled. That's something relatively new. Can't see anything blocking the mic opening. Anyone got suggestions? Since I can't pair the Q2, I'm outta options short of buying a new bluetooth headset, but I'm not 100% sure the Q2 is the problem.
