I find it funny that this "roadmap" surfaced for a one month slice of the year. They did jack all year before this, and we know of jack after it (maybe in a month or 2). It does line up with what we know, but it just seems a bit fishy to me. I could have made it myself and been 100% right, based on the latest rumors. That's all.

I doubt the steps indicate anything other than the order of release, and have nothing to do with the time between each. If it was time, you'd have an empty step, which wouldn't make sense.

It's a cool image, but I don't think we can/should draw anything from it. If the trend continues, it's pointing at an April 4(ish) release [1 week + 0 days, 2 weeks + 1 day, 3 weeks + 2 days]

Earlier this afternoon I tried to analyze this the same way you did OP, but it really doesn't mean anything. Ideally VZW wants to have one big thing every week (you forgot Feb 10 for iPhone) to be able to compete with the lower priced competitors anyway.
