I need some advice...any input would be greatly appreciated!
I want the TBolt on Thursday; not sure to go to BB or VZW store due to insurance coverage. My key concern: I want the VZW insurance because it has better coverage such as loss and theft whereas BB does NOT.
I have done some research and someone said VZW will NOT cover hardware purchased at BB, but the rep I spoke to said you can add coverage after the purchase.
Oh and one more thing - what happens if I have a hardware issue after the purchase? Will VZW replace the phone if purchased at BB?
Any thoughts?
