No HTC sense.com/HTC Hub

It appears that HTC and/or Verizon have removed the HTCSense.com integration from the Thunderbolt. It's not an option when I got to add a new account, and it should be in the same place as my Inspire.

Very disappointing, but I can imagine after the fiasco they had with it not working correctly/overloaded with the Inspire that they probably didn't want to deal with the headaches.

I am hoping this will be an option in the coming months.
I honestly think HTC and VZW came to a line in the sand and said...ok, for release we accept a few things that will be coming soon.

I think this, Skype w/ video and Netflix are hopefully around the corner...

I read a thread here a while back in which a person posted an email they had gotten from HTC. The HTC person said that there were some issues with the phone's interaction with htcsense.com that would very likely not be ironed out before release, but that it would eventually be rolled out. I can't verify that but it's just what I read here.

Is anyone else upset that there is no htc sense.com/htc hub on the TB?? I was really looking forward to this since I have been using in on my Dinc from Warm Z 2.2.

I guess we will have to wait for a custom ROM.

VZN store employee told me that the HTC site for the TB was down or being updated or something to that effect.

My Inspire has it. HTC Hub is great when it works which is probably why they pulled it (it is very buggy right now)

funny thing is tbolt at ces had htc hub icon. sooooo verizon def pulled it. an iv emailed verizon 2x about it an never get a response

I signed up for the service when it first came out and honestly, I forgot about it until I read this post. If you have had HTC Hub in the past you can still log into it via web browser(I just did) For what it's worth it hasn't changed one bit since then. I won't use it...

Is this the place you could get extra themes too? I remember that one of the big 2.0 features was the ability to download bunches of extra themes for the phone.

Yup, this was supposed to be how we could get whole bunch more skins/themes

woot, I just found a thread over at XDA with some themes...you don't even need root!!

So we're not going to need HTC Hub to get themes

More skins

Install with astro file manager or root explorer, then just go to personalization->skins then find the one you want

Have you tried these yet? I just browsed to them with my TB and it says these aren't compatible with my phone. It has the option to proceed anyway but I'm afraid to.

The one I tried is Rogue

When I browsed to those others I posted with my thunderbolt they installed fine with no warnings about compatibility
