Help Please! Transfer of Iphone4 apps and contacts

Ok first I would like to apologize if this has all ready been asked but what I would like to know is there a way that I can get my iphone4 contacts apps etc off of Itunes. I no longer have the phone because I sold it. I never plugged my TB into my computer am I supposed to do that? Sorry still new at this. Any help will be appreciated.

After you've exported the data to a CSV, You can import it via Gmail.

And then, it'll sync OTA to your phone, as long as you've logged in with your Gmail account.

As for your apps.. they will not move over from Itunes to your android device. Most popular apps are avail on both.
