Bolt began to Crawl

I was running Pandora earlier and got a Force Close Error and Pandora closed. About 2 minutes later the phone came to a halt and began to crawl. I attempted to make a call which took almost 2-3 minutes to get the Phone up. The keys were pretty much delayed for 2-3 minutes and there was nothing that seemed to help except the usual, pulled the battery. Any ideas what happened? Is it possible I have a defective RAM or Processor?

please go to
settings>applications>manage applications>pandora> clear cache and data if available and see how that pans out

I get the same issue when I use Slacker.
