Profile Photo for SMS ?

First, thank you for solving my hooking up to my MAC issue!! So Happy that works now, I was so worried that it wasn't going to work!

Alright one more questions.

On text messages, when someone txts me, the photo I assigned them (or synced from FB) shows up, but for me, it's just the blank shadow photo.

Is there a way (much like bbm on blackberry) to move a photo to be my profile photo when I SMS people?

Probably an easy solution, but I'm new to all this droid stuff so forgive me, and I hope you can help!!

If you have a Gmail account and they have a Gmail account you can set your profile photo in that, and it will sync with the end users Gmail account... but it will not work like BBM... this is the closest you'll get with the current Android OS.

If you are using the stock messenger, simply update your contact card in the People app.

If you are using Handcent, Settings>Handcent Services>Account Picture
