I just noticed this morning, while I was listening to an audiobooks, my VOLUME DOWN button nolonger works. It also doesn't work in any other media application, nor while on the phone. Anyone else experience this issue, and any luck solving the problem? Ofcourse, Verizon tech support told me to take the battery out, and if that didn't work to do a master reset. Taking the battery out didn't help, and I'm trying to avoid the Master Reset.
