    Default Activation

Sooooooo, I used my primary line to order the TB and when I received it I called Verizon to do an "alternate upgrade" so my wife can use the phone. After about 10 minutes on hold the very polite csr told me that their was a problem activating the sim card due to the fact that it was an "alternate upgrade." Now I've used alternate upgrades before as well as one with a sim card (storm) and this was never an issue... I was told to wait until morning and to power on the device and it should be ok. This just seems a little odd to me.. What does anyone else think?

Any advice regarding what the issue was so I can point them in the right direction?

It's a common issue with alternate upgrades and 4g. You'll need a new sim.

Well that blows... Especially seeing how I told them my intentions when I ordered the device.. How is the sim card related to one specific line over the other? Its ALWAYS SOMETHING
