Does anyone elses 4G bar fluctuate every second?

always on 4GLTE and the signal bar goes from four bars to two bars, to one bar to four to three and etc and etc. It never stays on the same amount of bars for more than a few seconds. Does anyone else thunderbolt do this?

Also, everyone says that their batter is at certain percentages...87%, 55% and etc. How do I know what percentage my battery is at. I have tried finding it, but all it shows is the meter on the home screen...not a percentage.

Mine does the same. I stopped in to verizon today and was told
It was a network issue and that they were aware of it and were working on it.
Mine refuses to go to 3g at all so when my 4g aint live, neither is my connection.

The battery % can be found by going to your widgets..all htc widgets..its in there.
