I just picked up the TBolt. Love it. Had it now for a day. I am running System Panel and noticed Mobile IM is running active in the backround. I never started it and don't want it running. It isn't showing that it is a using a lot of battery but who's to know. How do I stop it from running? What do we do?

If you really want to stop it you can go into settings -> applications -> running services, tap on it and choose "stop". It'll start back up anytime you reboot your phone, though, so if it's not affecting your battery you could probably just leave it be.

It's the app that is responsible for Text messaging. It will run automatically when you click "Messages"

This is for the app Mobile IM (AIM, Yahoo, etc.), not for texting.
