HELP! I forgot my lockscreen passcode

Ok so I locked my phone and have no idea what the passcode is now:'( I've gone through 130 incorrect inputs. I remember on the droid x that it would then ask for your google account password. Is this the same for the Thunderbolt and if so when does it ask? If not how can I get into my phone?? PLEASE HELP!!

It should ask for your gmail password by now. I would contact verizon. All else fails, you might be able to factory reset from stock recovery.

No, had to do it once on my dx

On my phone, if you get it wrong 5 or 6 times in quick succession (before screen timeout)... It asks if you want an emergency call or if you want to enter your password.

Entering the password only gives access but does NOT clear data.

This is for Nexus one and droid incredible... Both htc phones... So I would guess the thunderbolt is the same.
