Default connectedmedia won't install after removing as bloatware

Immediately after rooting my phone I removed htcconnectedmedia.apk and stored it on my sdcard in a directory named "bloatware"... I selected htcconnectedmedia.apk and moved the file using root explorer back to system/app... Mounted R/W and tried "Package Installer" to install the application. After selecting install, I got "Application not installed". Same result with Astro File Manager... Any suggestions on how to re-install this application?

I have a buddy that ran into the same problem with his when he rooted, I couldn't figure this out either, maybe one of the admins might be able to help.
