I noticed something new on my TB. I was driving in a very sunny day with the TB using the car dock when I saw a flashing amber AND green LED notification light. The flashing pattern is very similar to the one use for low battery, except that the green LED is also used. Stumped, I tried to figure out why it was flashing by checking e-mail, weather, FB, etc., anything that could throw off a flashing LED notification. Nothing. So, on a whim, I tapped the battery widget on the home screen, and lo and behold, it said that the battery health is "Overheat". The battery temp was 50.9 degrees celsius. The flashing LED appears only when it was connected to the power adapter in the car. When I shut off the car (which cuts the power), the flashing LED stopped.
