I have a Thunderbolt for work and it is sync'd with my employers exchange server. So far email has been running flawlessly, except for one issue. When I lookup emails that I have sorted in my Outlook cabinet folders, on my phone I go to menu > folders, and a bunch of them are there but there are some missing. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for which ones are there and which ones aren't. If there is anyone else out there as crazy as me about organizing emails and you experiencing the same issue, please let me know.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cabinet" folders.
I have subfolders of my inbox and sent items (about 10-12 for each) and they all show up.
What I like even better is instead of saying "Operations" for their subfolder it says "Inbox\Operations"

Hell it even has my sync issue folders at the very bottom.

How many subfolders do you have? Perhaps it's a limitation?
