I was wondering how do you do a master reset on the thunderbolt? Or do you have to take it to verizon store to have it mastered reset? I was thinking of maybe doing a master reset to hopefully fix some of the issues I have had. Im not worried about going thru setting all over again cause I basically remember how I set my phone up. Thanks

Menu / settings / sd & phone storage / Factory data reset


This will leave your sd card alone too (I'm 98% sure).

Same place... choose to unmount and format it.
