Sense Force Closing?

Has anyone else had an issue with Sense force closing and having to restart? My bolt has done this about 10 times (including once at a VZW store) and I can't figure out why. (The service guy had no clue either) all that he told me to do was factory reset and get on with my life. I wanted to try to avoid this until it is absolutely necessary.

I am running the Stock OS with the first update.

Go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All tab > find and click on "HTC Sense"... push the Clear data button... and Clear cache if you can.

It still force closed. I ended up factory resetting it, we will see where that takes me... Thanks for your response tho.
