Still no reboots and no new market. Cleared data and fc. And all that jazz like 30 times.
Guess I'll just download the apk. Love android.

Weird, my market updated after about 5 minutes. That sucks. No problems here either so far but I wasnt really having any to begin with. My GPS was decent but now it's awesome. I can lock on to 8 satelites standing in the middle of my house! haha

I use the extended battery so i don't really have any battery issues. I do use Battery Monitor though and my mAH usage seems about the same.

I had same ssue

I made sure i was in a good coverage area i did two factory resets so it was clean i reformatted the sd card ow everything loaed correctly

now if we can just get it rooted.

Do a complete shut down, and reboot, not restart. Should work

Heres what i have found to be new on this update.

1. New boot animation
2.new mobile hotspot icon/ htc widget icon has changed to
3. new toggle for 4g/3g in the settings
4. new mobile i'm app
5. city id does not appear to be removable any more (at least i cant find a way)

i believe that's it cant wait for gingerbread

I'm still having an issue with 4G that I was having before the update. Sometimes while browsing or using data, everything stops working. I'll have full bars of 4G but only the upload arrow will light up and no data activities will load. I don't know if I'm the only one who is having or has had this issue, and I don't know if it is a tower issue in L.A. but it is really getting frustrating. Anyone else with this issue?

Just received my bolt yesterday. Have exactly the same here happening. Not happy.

If you are referring to the four bars next to your 4g or 3g icon, they are not what you believe they are. Those bars indicate voice signal only. You do not have any kind of bars displayed for data connection signals. You may have great voice connection but bad 4g connection.

This is exactly what i was think was going to happen with this update; cause more problems then it fixes. I'm send my tbolt back today. I'm not going to wait anymore and I'm glad i switch to the charge.

How do you make use of the apk? What do you do with it?

Download it into your Download folder on your SD card (that's where it automatically goes when you download something from a browser or email) and find it with a file explorer and press it, then it will automatically install.

This update has addressed most of my concerns. Now I just want Gingerbread and an updated sense and I will be a happy camper!

Ok, so I spent 15 hours driving from Texas, through Arkansas, Tennessee, and into Kentucky with Google nagv and data running the whole time and didn't have a single reboot!! Gps worked flawlessly as well. I would say the update was a success!

Oh, and it was mostly 3g but I hit 4g and 1x several times, seemed to bounce from one to the other pretty seamlessly.

Yes it's the leaked OTA that will fix the rebooting issue that is supposed to go live push by the 15th or 16th of June.
