Need advice. I Upgraded to my tbolt for 149$ and received a free ext. battery. I Love the developer support behind the tbolt, but the battery life and build quality has left me wishing i had stuck with the dx for a bit longer.

Here are my options, I could return it back to verizon and sell my ext batt. to cover the restocking fee and hold my upgrade untill something worthwhile is released.

Option 2. I could sell my tbolt, case, and ext. batt as a bundle and use my upgrade from my 2nd line when something worthwhile is released.

What are the build quality issues? Have you considered asking for a new TB to try one that has better build quality? I'm all for upgrading when something truly better comes along but would not want to go back to 3G in the meantime. Are you in a 4G area? Does the other person on your account not want an upgrade?

not in a 4g area and no the other person doesnt want to upgrade. the device is just lacking the overall wow factor you should have when you upgrade and dx feels better in hand. evan after rom/kernel work battery life leaves something to be desired. especially with the phones i see coming down the pipe

Can you return the Tbolt for the X2? If you are not in a 4G area, then the X2 should be the phone to have

They gave you an extended battery and your still having battery issues? Odd cuz that's how people are getting around the battery life problem....and not being in a 4g area should definitely increase your standard battery life, so no 4g with an extended one should be amazing
