call quality issues

I have a problem with my verizon g2 call quality is horrible can hardly hear the other person especially when I'm speaking at the same time. the phone continuously cut the other persons audio. I have spoken to Verizon with little success also tried changing call settings with little success please help

If you're within your return window I would exchange it. I bought one today and the calls are very clear. I have a sprint version

May be something wrong with the phone or the network. Call/voice quality on my wifes G2 as well as mine has been exceptional. The only time I notice poor quality is when I am talking to someone on AT&T, but in that case, the quality issue is on their end, not mine.

Are you running the latest version, VS98012B? Seems that folks who were having issues before no longer do since that update.

I got a G2 from Verizon Saturday and the call quality on mime is great. This is probably the best phone I've had for making calls.
