Spelling correction?

hey AC,

So, I have the vzw lg g2. I have been around my girlfriend's at&t lg g2 and found something interesting. The at&t lg g2 has a function called "spelling corrections" in the language and input settings menu while the vzw g2 does not. It automatically underlines misspelled words and allows you to get a drop down menu when tapping on the word to replace it with the correction.

Does anyone know why the vzw g2 doesn't have this?

My VZW LG G2 has the spelling checker available...I use Google Keyboard as my default (instead of the stock LG one). I'm on Android 4.4.2 if that helps...
