Help please LG revo!!!
I'm new to posting so please bare with me. For the most part i love the revolutio, but lately I've had some connectivity issues. Other Verizon phones around me get perfect 4g and 3g but my phone is stuck in 1x. Now this only seems to be the case when I'm in North Dakota as soon as i cross the border into Montana it works fine. also let it be known that this has happened with my devour and a droid2. I've determined its probably a Verizon issue and submitted a ticket.
Now to the point. In all my troubles i have tried to open the hidden menu *#*#4636#*#* to access the network modes. but as soon as i click on phone information, i get a popup that states. com.android.phone error with a force close button. I assumed it must have been an app so i just did a hard reset to the phone. But I'm still getting this error.
just curious if this is a common or isolated issue. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
