ok so...when you go look at a contact why do i have 4 differnet contacts?

for example...if i look at "john smith"

i go to edit and i see a "google contact from 'my email address'"
if i scroll down a little farther i see the same thing. i see about 3 or 4 of them. why is that? some i do but most i don't. i want EVERYTHING just synced with gmail contacts. i want to have fb pictures too but that is a side note.

any ideas?

Check your "Accounts". If you have more than one, you may end up with more than one contact.
