Block the Update?

I have a rooted Revo and love it. When the VZN Update came out, it failed. Every time it tries to update, it says, "update failed or incomplete." After reading about the update itself, and hearing that it unrooted peoples phones, I don't want to update it if I don't have to. But every time the update fails, it requires me to schedule another attempt. This is obviously getting annoying..can anyone tell me how to stop the requirement to update? From what I've read, the update fixes things that I haven't had any problems with, and is primarily concerned with the bloatware, which I dont want and is one of the reasons I rooted it in the first place. Any help would be appreciated.

The file that you are looking for is apparently:
/system/lib/libdme_main
Add .bak to the end of it, freeze it, delete it, move it out of there, but idk if it hurts anything else... xda has more info.
