I have seen threads where people say they can change the led color, also wondering if there is a way to make the home screen more "mine"? Coming from Sense UI, I am REALLY wanting to like this phone, but can't seem to customize it very much. Any tips would be great!

If you open the app drawer you can press and hold an app and drag it to the bottom dock to customize that to make it more "yours "

That was my #1 issue! Thanks so much, I hated having things down there I wouldn't use. I appreciate the tip.

You could also install a third party launcher like Launcher Pro and go nuts with the interface to make it unique
