Bluetooth for music in the car

Why is it that all Bluetooth works except music when not in battery saving mode? I have to turn Bluetooth off on the phone then turn it back on to work. Am I the only person with this problem?

The Bluetooth issue has nothing to do with switching from power save mode. If the lock screen is on, the headset doesn't Connect for Some reason. If the phone is unlocked, there's no problem. Strange.

Mine works I just get in the truck and it starts playing.
