USB 3.0 issue

Anyone experiencing the "use the charger that came w/ phone message" using the USB 3 charger from Sammie. I get that message sometimes but it goes away if I unplug a pop in a 2.0.

The other way around I think. I get that message when I plug my Note into my old eBay spare charger, not the OEM charger.

Honest to God, I took it into my local VZW to see if it was the phone or charger causing it. They used an employees 3.0 and it worked properly. Plugged a 2.0 and got the notification. So it apparently it's the Sammie 3.0 but I'm not sure what the heck could possibly be wrong w/ it to make that happen on the phone though. I've been waiting for waiting for the store to get me one since 11/1 but they don't seem to even have anything in their warehouses, as yet.
