No internet unless on Wifi

Hello,
When I use my Note 3 at home or work on Wifi, service is flawless. Once I am off Wifi, the phone might as well be a coaster as it will not do anything but show the "No internet connection message". I am on Verizon service, is this a phone settings issue or service issue? Thanks!

Try to pull the battery.

Does it show 4GLTE /3g in the notification bar? Is this all the time? And in multiple places?

Try turning of your wifi
Also try a reboot

Mine did that the day I first set it up. Had to re-seat the SIM card according to Verizon service. That took care of it. Problem has not returned.
