Kingo Root Repeatedly Failing

I know there's been several threads like this and I apologize, but I can't root my phone using Kingo. I've tried a different cable, different USB slot, debugging is on, Verify apps via USB is off, Verify apps is off, etc etc. Any suggestions for what has worked for others? Using an HP Envy 15 Notebook, Win 8.1.

I used Kingo to root my Note 3 and I was on Windows 8.1 but I didn't have any issues. Is it just not reading your phone?

Right click on the program and select run as administrator.

Running as administrator still doesn't work, still receiving the "notsupport" error.

Also tried on a different, Windows 7 computer. Still nothing, this is getting frustrating haha.
