Non Note phones can not receive picture messages

A few of my friends receive a broken link when i send them a picture message. (the main ones use Galaxy 3 and iPhone 4) Is this a local problem or are others having the same difficulties?

My mother-in-law uses the skyrocket on ATT and sometimes will not be able to get MMS images from us. So apparently its not just you.

This issues is with all carriers and is well noted. IPhones are notorist for this issue in both sending and receiving.

I found that the picture size is the problem for me. My camera is set for the highest resolution so I usually have to convert photos to a much smaller size prior to sending them.

I send any pictures as an email attachment. No problem with that.
