Note 3 baja rom + gear 2 - s health crashing?

So I picked up a gear 2 on Friday and I am running baja rom on my phone. It doesn't have s health built into it so I found the apk and installed it. I can't seem to find a version that doesn't crash upon opening. Anyone else have this issue or have a solution?

It's because you need to install a few other things to get it to work.
