Here you go, once install use a different browser. Flash player will not work with chrome.

I just downloaded a new browser, called FlashFox, from the play store.
It has flash player built right in. So, there's nothing to do to get it working. There is a paid version if you don't like the ads with the free one.

I installed the Flash app to my new Note 3, but the stock built-in "Internet" browser app doesn't seem to work for flash videos. The stock Internet app worked fine on my previous Note 2 after installing Flash. Anyone know why? Meanwhile, Flash videos do work using Firefox plus FlashFox. Should I just ditch the stock Internet app? Or is it useful for anything special?

I don't particularly need or like the stock Internet browser. I like Chrome but, of course it doesn't support Flash, just like the stock Internet browser. So, I use Chrome except for the rare times I need Flash and then use FlashFox.

Why did your Note 2 allow a flash add on? Times have changed since the Note 2 and its version of the Internet browser which allowed you to add flash. Adobe has abandoned its support for flash with mobile devices, so most new or upgraded older internet browsers have done likewise, making it all but impossible for you to add in a plug in flash module. In time web sites using flash will have to abandon it, too. So, we won't need to worry about adding it on.

It's all up to you what browser that you chose to use. You can't get rid of the stock browser, unless you are rooted. You can disable it, if you want, but it isn't doing anything to hurt your phone, if you aren't using it.
