Thay hear there name first, and then the message. Is this an app that was down loaded, or it come with the phone.

Is the phone new? Are you sure that's not your voicemail box going off when you don't answer?

That is the reply from the app called Youmail and it reads the name from your contact list based on the incomming phone number.
