    So I am stock no root and check for kit kat update for Verizon and "unfortunately syncmlservice has stopped" shows up on the screen. I have cleared the cache on the app and still no luck. Did Verizon release the update and then pull it? . Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    If you aren't able to get an update try a new Sim card. I know that was a huge issue with the GS3.
