Hey! Anyone else notice this...

I go to take a screen shot and then send it over kik, or post on Google plus or whatever... The picture always looks distorted at first. It's not until I open the actual photo it straightens out.
But the thumbnail (for a lack of a better term) is always blurry.
Does anyone know of a third party screen shot application for a Samsung Galaxy Note 3?

I don't think there is one. Never have heard of a 3rd party for screen shots
