    Default Please Help! Unable to download!

    Thanks in Advance. I have a Samsung Note 3 that all of sudden takes hours to download pics that are sent in email attachments. Doesn't matter whether I am on Wifi or my Verizon network. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Is "Mobile Data" on? (Settings / More Settings / Mobile Networks / Mobile Data)

    Yes Mobile Data is on. Any other suggestions?

    Unplug wifi ..replug...check with speed test...remove battery....clear cashe. .call Verizon

    Start by restarting your phone. You could even go so far as to do a hard reset, pull the battery out wait 20 seconds place the battery back in and turn the phone back on.
