Odd Flash Problem

I tried to take a flash picture today but the flash didn't work. I then tried a second camera app and still no flash. Finally I tried a flashlight app and still no flash. I had to restart the phone to get the flash working. Now it works fine. I am stock not rooted on a month old Asurian refurb. Has anyone ever heard of this happening or if there is a way to prevent it in the future? Thanks.

Maybe someone will chime in with what causes it because I'm not sure, but it happens to me every so often on my Note 3. I know the same happens to a friend of mine in Canada on a Telus Note 3. I'm not sure if it's a bug or what, but it is annoying.

Happened to me too occasionally on both of my note 3's. Only a restart would fix it

Its happened to me a couple of times I in the last month or so...strange epidemic brewing?

This is a known issue that was supposed to be addressed several updates ago but perhaps it has not been. I haven't had it happen since last February so I presumed it had been fixed. I'd you have the issue restart the phone and it should resolve.
