Looking for "Great Backup App"!

I'm having problems with the Lollipop update and I have talked with Samsung and they insist I do a factory reset.
My laptop w/Kies has never worked worth a crap.
Is there an app on Playstore that I could rely on to backup most everything? I don't care if it cost a few bucks.

It depends on what you want to backup. If you have a gmail account active on your phone your list of 3rd party apps be restorable from there; after re-downloading, when you activate them will some will also have your old preferences. Your carrier has a free cloud storage that will backup your contacts and sms logs and phone logs. This carrier cloud service can be done on demand if you aren't already using it.

But there is really not a single program that will backup everything from a non-rooted phone from what I have found.
