Since my Lollipop update: Did a Factory Data reset....Fixed NOTHING!!!
The problem is in the software!

Sorry to hear it went badly on yours.
Could a Verizon store re-flash the update for you, I don't know. You have already been on to Samsung, so probably Verizon too.

I suppose you tried leaving off as many apps as you can, and disabling many Verizon apps.

Lollipop 5.1 is supposed to fix some issues, but that's only starting to roll out to Nexus devices first, so could be weeks or months.

Odd it went OK for many Verizon owners.

Voice control, proximity sensor, and Multi Window not working?

I don't know if it will correct itself in a few days. Has anyone received extra Verizon patches.

Did you factory reset and then restore all your apps from Google automatically, or did you go the "set up new device" route and download all of your apps one by one? I set mine up as a new device, and I've had no issues at all. No battery drain, all my sensors seem to be working, etc. Could be a rogue app causing your issues that has't quite been updated to play nicely with lollipop.
